It has been revealed that actor Taishi Nakagawa will be appearing in the eighth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama "The Royal Family" (Sundays at 9pm), starring Satoshi Tsumabuki, which will be broadcast on November 30th. Nakagawa will play Nobuyuki, the son of Shiina Yoshihiro, played by Sawamura Kazuki, who appears as a rival to Nakajo Koichi (Koichi Sato), the illegitimate son of Sanno Kozo (Ren Meguro) and a horse owner.
Nobuyuki, played by Nakagawa, progressed from kindergarten to university on an escalator-style system, and started his own business after graduating. After obtaining his horse owner's license, he and other horse owners of his age formed a volunteer group called the "Young Horse Owners Association," aiming to break away from the traditions and formalities established by their parents' generation and usher in a new generational change. He appears as a new rival to Nakajo Koichi (Meguro), who also became a horse owner at a young age.

I'm also a big fan of this series, which gets more and more heated with each episode. It's an exciting challenge for me to be able to dive into the world of "The Royal Family," which is heating up as it approaches its climax.
There were so many exciting things to look forward to, including being able to work with my idol Satoshi Tsumabuki for the first time, playing a rival role with Ren Meguro , who is the same age as me, and being able to be on director Tsukahara's set for the first time in several years.

◇ Synopsis of Episode 8
Koichi ( Ren Meguro ), who inherited the Royal Family from the late Kozo (Sato Koichi Sato ) as an owner of inherited horses only, is taken by Kurisu ( Satoshi Tsumabuki) to visit the auction at Hokuryo Farm. There, the new horse that Koichi fell in love with is won by Shiina's (Sawamura Kazuki) son, Nobuyuki (Taishi Nakagawa), and the two become close friends. Koichi is attracted to Nobuyuki's ideas, which are aimed at breaking down the old customs of horse racing, despite being the same age as Koichi.
Meanwhile, Royal Family's performance after their successful debut race has been lackluster. In an attempt to turn things around, Koichi makes a bold proposal, but is opposed by Hironaka (Ando Masanobu). As the bond between Koichi and Team Royal gradually becomes strained, Kurisu finds himself in a more difficult position than ever before.
