Looking at a photo of Manami as a child, Seiji mourns, "She was so cute. She said she was going to be my wife." When his wife Sanae (Tsutsui Mariko) tells him, "She was cute and smart and you were so proud of her," Seiji bursts into tears and says, "But why do they neglect me? I've worked so hard, so why do they make fun of me and trample on me?"
Seiji spots a certain hat and declares, "Isn't that Aimi's? Only those hosts (Kaworu, Raoul) would wear a hat like that," before stomping on the hat repeatedly with a demonic look on his face.
Afterwards, Seiji headed to Aimi's house. While apologizing for his sudden visit, he said whatever he wanted to Kaworu (played by Raul), who was with Aimi and whom he had just met, including calling him trash.
Seiji pushed Kaworu away and challenged him, saying, "Stay there! Don't ask to come over here!" However, Kaworu refused, so Seiji instructed him to quit the nightlife business and enter a vocational school that would accept even those with only a junior high school diploma. "I'm not saying academic background is important. I'm saying you need to show me you can put in the effort! That's what a man should do," he told Kaworu.
Seiji then glanced at Aimi to check on her condition before leaving the room.
On social media, people were talking about the incident, saying things like, "What's wrong with Aimi's father?", "But what on earth happened between when he stepped on her and when he started scolding her?", "Ogawa's father has changed. Suddenly.", "But when did his father's feelings change? Lol. Or maybe they haven't changed at all?", "I cried at the unexpected turn of events that supported their relationship," "I cried my eyes out because I didn't expect him to turn into a supportive father in the end," "I cried at the love his father showed," and "He volunteered to play the villain to tell her to draw a line as a man. I was moved by a father's love for his beloved daughter."
