The 18th episode of the TV anime "Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho," based on the popular fantasy novel by Nakanishi Motoo, titled "Tea Drinking Talk," will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels starting from August 11th.
It's September 1867, the third year of the Keio era (1867), and Akitsu, a "tsukumogami user" who can turn the thoughts of things into demons, comes to visit Jinya from Kyoto with a package in hand. Akitsu is carrying a beautiful tea set decorated with hydrangeas painted in gold powder. He says he's looking for someone to make tea using it. While searching for a suitable person, Jinya is invited by Akitsu to visit an antique shop.
"Sword of the Demon Hunter: Kijin Gentosho style epic" fantasy that tells the story of a demon who travels through an incredible 170 years of time, from the Edo period to the Heisei period. The anime will be directed by Kazuya Aiura and produced by Yokohama Animation Lab.
