"Shinjuku Anime Song Scope" is a website where anime buyer Higuchi Sho from Tower Records Shinjuku, known for its extensive selection of anime songs, reports on best-selling anime songs and the voices of those at the store. The number one album at the store from June 29th to July 6th was "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS "Enkan -Halo around-" 02," the second release in the "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS "Enkan -Halo around-"" CD series for the smartphone browser game "The Idolmaster Shiny Colors (Shinimasu)."

The "Shinimas" CD series "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS "Enkan -Halo around-"" is linked to the live tour "THE IDOLM@STER SHINY COLORS 7th UNITLIVE TOUR Enkan -Halo around-" which will see two units visit four cities across the country. The top-ranked "02" includes songs by the units "Houkago Climax Girls" and "Straylight" who will be performing in the Yokohama concert. CDs for "Alstroemeria x Cometic" and "Illumination Stars x Noctil" are scheduled to be released in the future.
Coming in second is the split single "37.5℃ Fantasy/Ai Mai Mayday/BLAST!!/Izayoi Selene" by the virtual school idol group "Hasunozora Girls' Academy School Idol Club" from the popular anime series "Love Live! ". The album includes songs by the units "Cheeses Bouquet", "DOLLCHESTRA", "Miracle Park!" and "Edel Note".
Coming in fourth is "Bubblin," the fourth album by HIMEHINA, a female duo unit active as virtual YouTubers. In fifth place is "mono no uta," a character song album from the TV anime "mono," which aired from April to June this year. It contains a total of seven character songs, including the anime's opening theme "Menimeri Memories!", sung by Amemiya Satsuki ( Aoi Koga Kazuki), Haruna Mikawa Anne ( Hikaru Tono). In sixth place is "GLOW GOES ON," a mini album by the girls' band Afterglow from the popular anime and game series "BanG Dream!".

Higuchi Sho is a buyer in charge of anime at Tower Records Shinjuku store, 7th floor (Japanese music/sales promotion). He was transferred from the Machida store in 2014. He got into anime because of 1990s works such as "Neon Genesis Evangelion", "BLUE SEED", and "VS Knight Ramune & 40 Flame", and among anime songs, he loves listening to character songs, especially songs related to idol anime. His favorite anthem is "Up! 10sion Pleeeeeeeeease!" from "The Idolmaster Million Live!". His favorite anime and games include "Pretty Rhythm", "The Idolmaster", "Photo Kano", and "Sakura Wars".
