Gundam GQuuuuuuX Final episode insert song to be released

The 12th and final episode of the latest work in the popular anime series "Gundam", "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX", "That's why I...", was broadcast on the Nippon Television Network late at night on June 24th. It has been revealed that the insert song "Far Beyond the Stars", which was played during the climax, will be available for download from June 25th.

The song was written and composed by Junsei Terui, who also worked on the soundtrack for the film, and the orchestral arrangement was done by Seigen Tokuzawa. The song is sung by Indonesian singer Shania Yan, and will be included in the soundtrack to be released on August 27th.

"Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX" is also a hot topic as it is the first collaboration between Sunrise, which is responsible for the "Gundam" series, and khara, known for the "Evangelion" series. Ahead of the broadcast of the TV anime series, the theatrical advance version "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuX -Beginning-", which reconstructs some episodes, began screening on January 17th.
