Additional cast members have been announced for the drama series " Shiawase na Kekkon " (TV Asahi, Thursdays 9pm) starring actor Sadao Abe , which will begin in July, including Tamaki Reo, Satoshi Kanada , Tsuji Nagiko, Horiuchi Keiko, and Komatsu Kazushige. The series is an original by Shizuka Oishi , the screenwriter who wrote last year's NHK Taiga drama " To Dear Radiance (Hikaru Kimi e) ". Both Tamaki and Kaneda appeared in " To Dear Radiance (Hikaru Kimi e)", and will appear in another Oishi work this year.
The drama is about a bachelor lawyer, Kotaro Harada (played by Abe), who is attracted to and marries a mysterious high school art teacher, Nerla Suzuki (played by Takako Matsu). However, Nerla is hiding a huge secret. This is a story that questions the love between husband and wife.
Tamaki, who left a big impact in his role as Fujiwara Michikane, a man who suffered a tragic fate in "To Dear Radiance (Hikaru Kimi e), " will play Nella's former lover, the painter Fuse Yuto.
Kaneda, who played the elite aristocrat Fujiwara no Tadanobu in " Dear Radiance (Hikaru Kimi e) ", will play Imaizumi Kenji, a lawyer at the "Harada Kotaro Law Firm" where the main character Kotaro is the representative. Imaizumi grew up in a legal family and was a brilliant man who passed the bar exam on the first try, and Kaneda will once again take on the role of an elite.
Komatsu will play Usui Yoshio, a lawyer and classmate of Kotaro from college who is intelligent but weak when it comes to real-life situations and struggled with the bar exam.
Baba will play Kajiwara Taku, the MC of the morning talk show "News Hope," on which Kotaro appears regularly, Tsuji will play Soga, the hair and makeup artist at "News Hope," and Horiuchi will play Kurazawa Chika, the general producer of "News Hope."
