The final episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " Caster " starring Hiroshi Abe (Sunday 9pm) will be broadcast on June 15th.
In the previous episode, Shindo (Abe) confronted JBN Chairman Kunisada Sadao ( Hideki Takahashi) about his relationship with his father, Tetsu (Yamaguchi Makiya), who was a newspaper reporter, asking, "Did your father do something terrible to you? Did he steal your scoop?"
Shindo firmly stated, "My father didn't commit suicide. Chairman Kunisada, you killed my father. I will never forgive you."
The final episode... 43 years ago, Tetsu and Kunisada were covering the crash of a Self-Defense Force transport plane. Shindo questions Kunisada about why Tetsu's article was not published, and heads back to the cave to find out the truth.
Meanwhile, a weekly magazine reports on the "Newsgate" scandal.
