"Legendary Concert - Nakayama Miho," a program that revives the live performances of Nakayama Miho, who passed away on December 6 last year, in 1989 and 1993 as a remastered version equivalent to 4K quality, will be broadcast terrestrially on NHK General TV from 3:20 pm on June 21. The same day marks the 40th anniversary of Nakayama's debut, and the program will also be broadcast simultaneously on BS Premium 4K.
Since her debut in 1985, Nakayama has captured the hearts of many fans with numerous works such as "Waku Waku Sasete," "Color White Blend," "You're My Only Shinin' Star," "More Than Anyone in the World," "To Become Happy," and "Just Want to Cry."
The program was broadcast on NHK BS on March 7. It is said to be a rare opportunity for not only longtime fans, but also generations who have never heard Nakayama's singing voice before, to experience the charm of her performance.
