The cast of characters appearing in the present world arc of season 3 of the TV anime " To Your Eternity, " based on the manga by Yoshitoki Oima, known for "A Silent A Silent Voice ," has been announced. Reiji Kawashima will reprise his role as Fushi, and Kenjiro Tsuda will reprise his role as the Observer. Mizuha, a new character who appears in the present world arc and is a high-achieving, academically gifted, all-around athlete, second-year junior high school student, will be played by Tomori Kusunoki, who played Hisame in season 2, and Aoki Megumi Han, who played Torta in season 2. New cast member Yumiri Hanamori will play the mysterious boy Satoru.
The first trailer for Season 3 has been released on YouTube. It shows Fushi waking up from a long sleep and finding a moment of peace in a peaceful world, but facing new encounters, challenges, and inevitable battles.
Kawashima, who plays Fushi, commented, "In his previous life, Fushi met and parted with many important people and felt many different things. His desire to live will now begin to move again. I hope you will join us in witnessing Fushi's every step as he walks through this world and feel it in your heart. Please look forward to it!"
Tsuda, who plays the role of the observer, said, "To Your Eternity, which has been delivered at an incredible density in Seasons 1 and 2, is finally reaching Season 3. "To Your Eternity" has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (Kodansha) since October 2016. The story follows Fushi, who has the ability to transform into any object that stimulates him and regenerate even after death, as he transforms from a ball to a pebble, a wolf, and a boy, learning about emotions and the art of living from the people he meets, and growing as a person. The 27th issue of "Weekly Shonen Magazine" to be released on June 4th is also the subject of much discussion, as the series will conclude. The final 25th volume of the comic will be released on August 12th.
Season 1 of the TV anime aired on NHK Educational TV from April to August 2021, and Season 2 from October 2022 to March 2023. Season 3 will be broadcast on NHK General TV from October.
