It has been announced that Bandai Spirits will open a museum within its plastic model production facility, the Bandai Hobby Center New Factory (Shizuoka City), on September 2nd.
The museum has a theme of "Designing the Value of Plastic Models," and visitors can enjoy a tour of the new factory and "the experience of being your own plastic model designer." At the entrance, a life-sized Gundam-sized Gunpla monument will be on display.
The exhibition will introduce the know-how and attention to detail that the company has cultivated over more than 50 years of manufacturing plastic models, as well as the latest technology that supports product quality, allowing visitors to learn about manufacturing in a fun way.
