It has been announced that new items, " Chiikawa x Sanrio Characters," a collaboration between Nagano's popular manga " Chiikawa " and Sanrio characters, will be released on June 13th at Sanrio shops nationwide, Sanrio corners in department stores, the Sanrio online shop, and other locations. The theme of the new designs is role-playing costumes, with the characters from " Chiikawa" and the Sanrio characters wearing each other's "fluffy, soft" suits.
The character pairs are Chiikawa& Hello Kitty, Hachiware & Cinnamoroll, Usagi & Pompompurin, Momonga & Kuromi, and Used Bookstore & My Melody. The lineup includes 21 items, including stuffed toys (5 types, 3696 yen each), mascot holders (5 types, 2497 yen), pochettes (5 types, 2794 yen), tote bags (2497 yen), eco bags (1496 yen), a set of two flat pouches (1980 yen), a sticker set (550 yen), as well as secret items such as mascot charms (10 types, 990 yen each) and hair clips (10 types, 946 yen each).
Customers who spend 3,300 yen or more in-store, including Chiikawa x Sanrio Characters products, will receive one of five mini drawstring bags (chosen at random) on a first-come, first-served basis.
