It has been announced that the fourth season of the TV anime "Re:Zero(Re:ZERO)", based on the light novel by MF Bunko J (KADOKAWA), will be broadcast in 2026. The second teaser visual featuring the new character Shaula has been released, and it has been announced that Fairouz Ai, who plays Shaula, will also appear.
Shaula is the star guard of the Pleiades Watchtower, said to be located at the very heart of the untrodden Augria Sand Dunes, a great desert, and her words and actions are shrouded in mystery.
"Re:Zero" is based on a light novel written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichiro Otsuka. The story is about a high school student, Subaru, who is summoned to another world and gains the ability to rewind time when he dies. The original series has sold over 13 million copies in total. The first season of the TV anime aired from April to September 2016, the first half of the second season from July to September 2020, and the second half from January to March 2021.
The third season, "Attack Arc," aired from October to November 2024, and the "Counterattack Arc" aired from February to March 2025.
