The "General-Purpose Beast Type Decisive Weapon Xenorex Test Unit 1" and "General-Purpose Beast Type Decisive Weapon Xenorex Regular Practical Model Unit 2," a collaboration between the popular anime series "Evangelion" and the popular toy "Zoids" (Takara Tomy), were unveiled at the model exhibition "63rd Shizuoka Hobby Show" (sponsored by the Shizuoka Model Teaching Materials Cooperative), which opened on May 14th at Twin Messe Shizuoka (Suruga Ward, Shizuoka City).
The head and shoulders are designed to resemble Evangelion Unit-01 and Unit 02. Details such as price and release date will be announced in the future.
The Shizuoka Hobby Show is an exhibition that has been held since 1959 in Shizuoka City, where many model makers' factories are located. This year's show will be held from May 14th to 18th, with the 17th and 18th being open to the public. Advance registration is required for admission.
