The first comic book of the game "Jack Jeanne," for which Sui Ishida , known for the popular manga series " Tokyo Ghoul, " is responsible for the world setting, character design, illustrations, and scenario, "Jack Jeanne FOLIAGE ~Amber Onyx" (Shueisha), and the spin-off novel "Jack Jeanne Tamasaka no Hikari no Kiseki" (Shueisha), were released on April 17th. The latest 12th volume of the comic book of Ishida's latest work "Choujin X," which is being serialized on Shueisha's manga site "Tonari no Young Jump," was also released at the same time.
The first "Jack Jeanne" comic, "Jack Jeanne FOLIAGE ~Amber Onyx," features stories by Ishida about characters not featured in the main game, including the much-talked-about one-shots "PUPPET" and "PARSLEY," as well as 16 pages of original manga. The one-shot "PUPPET" was made into a voice comic and released on YouTube. The spin-off novel "Jack Jeanne Tamasaka's Light Trail" comes with a special double-sided color pinup featuring an original color illustration.
To commemorate the release of the three related books, there will be a bookstore campaign where clear cards (2 types in total) will be distributed, as well as a giveaway campaign where you can enter a lottery to win original color paper and acrylic boards by Ishida.
