Newly taken photos and a handwritten profile of Niko Tsurusaki(Nico), a new 5th generation member joining the idol group Hinatazaka46, have been released.
Tsurusaki-san was born on March 27, 2004, and is 20 years old, making her the oldest of the 5th generation members. In her profile, she wrote, "I've been pushed back so many times up until now, so now I'll do my best in everything I do to contribute to Hinatazaka46! I look forward to your continued support."
The 5th generation members were selected to join Hinatazaka46 after auditions held in August last year. Eleven members passed, but one declined, leaving a total of 10. The oldest is 20 years old, and the youngest is 15. The average age is 17.9 years old.
Starting at noon on March 24th, a new photo and handwritten profile will be released every day at noon for five consecutive days. She will also appear at the live concert "6th Hina Birthday Festival" to be held at Yokohama Stadium (Naka-ku, Yokohama) on April 5th and 6th.
