The story is about a TV newsman who is involved in a scandal and finds himself at the brink of collapse, but then decides to run for office in order to change Japan, as he wants to create a better society through raising his children. This is the first time in 11 years that Katori has starred in a Fuji TV drama series.
In episode 8, Ippei (Katori) hears from his classmate Takeru Kenmochi (Tanaka Mio) and Makoto Miyajima (Suga Kenta) of the shopping district youth group that the after-school daycare center near his elementary school has suddenly closed. Takeru is in trouble because he can't find another place to leave his child.
