It has been announced that an original art exhibition commemorating the 50th anniversary of the popular manga and anime "Getter Robo," "Nagai Go x Ishikawa Ken 50th Anniversary Original Art Exhibition "Transform! Evolve! Getter Robo"" will be held at Gallery GoFa (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) from January 18th to February 11th, 2025.
The exhibition will feature precious original manuscripts of all five "Getter Saga" works, from "Getter Robo" to "Getter Robo Arc," written by Go Nagai and illustrated by Ken Ishikawa. Original drawings from the school magazine version will also be on display for the first time.
The venue will feature valuable interviews with Nagai and Ishikawa, as well as footage of Nagai revealing the secrets behind the production of Getter Robo.
