It has been announced that the third season of the TV anime " Dandadan ," based on the popular manga by Yukinobu Tatsu , currently serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," will air in 2027. A teaser visual has also been released, depicting a mysterious beautiful girl emerging from within a space monster. As with the first and second seasons, the anime will be produced by Science SARU.
" Dandadan" began serialization in "Shonen Jump+" in April 2021. It depicts Momo, a high school girl from a family of spiritualists, and her classmate Okarun, an occult enthusiast, as they confront one mysterious phenomenon after another. The comic has sold over 12 million copies in total.
The first season of the TV anime aired on Super Animeism TURBO from October to December 2024, and the second season aired in the same time slot from July to September.
