It has been announced that the drama "All for You," starring Ryusei Fujii of the popular group "WEST.", will be broadcast on TV Asahi's "Oshidora Saturday" time slot (Saturdays at 11:00 PM) in January 2026. The drama is based on the novel of the same name by Eiji Natsuhara (published by Kodansha), and is a love suspense story. Ryuya Shimekake of "Travis Japan" will co-star.
The story revolves around the bride Sayaka, who is poisoned by an unknown assailant during her happy wedding reception. The groom, Hayashida Kazuomi (Fujii), teams up with photographer Sakuraba (Shimejikake) to search for the culprit, but the hypocrisy of Sayaka's best friend and mother, as well as her own dark past, are revealed one after another. All the characters are hypocrites, and the story is packed with elements of "yayamisu" (unpleasant mystery) that leave readers feeling uncomfortable after reading, making it the most powerful love suspense story in the history of Oshidora.
Fujii appealed, "How will the pair of Kazuomi, who loves his wife with all his heart and pursues the truth of the case, and Sakuraba, who is asked to help out of curiosity, approach the case? Various 'nasty guys' appear in each episode, so I hope you will pay attention to the confrontations with them."
This will be the first time that he has co-starred with Shichigosanke, who is from the same agency. "I was surprised to find out that we have something in common, as we both played the role of 'Harold' in the reading play 'Harold and Maude.' The other day, I went to see Shichigosanke's reading and was able to meet and say hello, so we were able to interact," he revealed.
On the other hand, Shichigosankake commented, "I'm good friends with Aiba Masaki from Arashi, and I often hear him talk about Ryusei. I thought I might meet Ryusei at one of Aiba's gatherings someday, but our co-starring in this drama came first (laughs)."
"The character I'm playing, Sakuraba, is a 'betrayal' in a good way, and is a completely different character from the ones I've played up until now, so I hope to be able to show a new side of me.
