Actor Shun Oguri attended the "Tokukoi Fan Meeting Event" for the Netflix series "Anonymous Lovers" held in Tokyo on October 22nd. There was a scene where he answered love-related questions from fans.
Oguri appeared wearing glasses, explaining, "My eyes are inflamed and red, so I'm wearing them," and asked, "I hope this work will bring even a little bit of healing to everyone, so I hope you will support this work."
In connection with the work, anonymous visitors were also asked to give advice on their love troubles. In response to the question, "What can you do to take a step forward as you get older?", she answered, "It does get harder to take a step forward as you get older, doesn't it? But in the end, you only live once, so I try to make an effort to take a step forward, thinking that."
When asked about the problem of "I can't find someone I like," Oguri puzzled, saying, "I don't really know about that..." but when asked, "How can I honestly tell my partner that I like them?" he answered smartly, "Just say that you like them honestly." He suggested, "Maybe they're embarrassed? Maybe they're the type of person who can't express their feelings well. It might be a good idea to express your feelings along with something (like chocolates or a bouquet of flowers)."
Han Hyo-joo and Nakamura Yuri also attended the event.
Based on the French film "Anonymous Love Advice," the drama humorously depicts the love story of a man and woman who are hopelessly unsuited for romance, unable to touch or look people in the eye. Hana (Han Hyo-joo), a genius chocolatier with scopophobia, meets Soryo (Oguri), the heir to a confectionery manufacturer who is so fastidious that he can no longer even shake hands with others. The two have avoided contact with others, but for some reason, they discover that they are comfortable in each other's presence... and so the story unfolds.
