"Ultraman Powered" to be released worldwide for the first time

It has been announced that "Ultraman Powered," a special effects drama from the "Ultraman" series, will be available on the video streaming service "TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION" from September 13th. This will be the first time the series will be available worldwide. The HD remastered version will be available.

"Ultraman Powered" is a unique work produced in Hollywood, USA in 1993. It was first released on video in Japan and then broadcast on terrestrial television. It combines the large-scale VFX that Hollywood is known for with the monster designs that special effects are known for, and it also attracted attention for its bold modern adaptation of the "Ultraman" story and monster designs. The monster and mechanic designs were created by Shinji Higuchi, Masahiro Maeda, and Toshio Miike.

Kane Kosugi plays the lead role, and the main cast of the Japanese dubbed version includes Toshiyuki Morikawa, Utsumi Kenji, Toda Keiko, Hisakawa Aya, and Ehara Masashi.
