The drama series "First Love DOGs" (TBS, Tuesday 10pm) starring actor Kaya Kiyohara. The synopsis and stills from the 5th episode, which will air on July 29th, have been released.
Kai (Ryo Narita) and Yuka (Kyoko Fukada) are shocked by the sudden visit of their friend from their school days, Sagara (Win Morisaki). Sagara runs a veterinary clinic and is an entrepreneur who is developing a wide range of pet-related businesses. He asks Kai to sell his veterinary clinic in exchange for donating the entire amount of funds to renovate Kai's long-cherished animal shelter. Sagara asks Kai to "let bygones be bygones," and it seems he has a deep connection with Kai and his friends.
Aiko (Kiyohara) is asked by Director Motosawa (Kishimoto Goro) at the request of Soha's (Na In-woo) relatives to investigate Soha's activities in order to peacefully resolve the dispute over Kai's pet dog, Shogun, and to report any inappropriate facts.
Aiko reluctantly heads to Yuka's dog cafe where Soha works, and learns about Kai, Yuka, and Sagara's past relationships...
The script was written by Arisa Kaneko. The love story begins with the love between Aiko Hanamura, a cool lawyer who doesn't believe in love, and Kai Shirasaki, a "complicated veterinarian" who can only love animals, and their pet dogs. In-woo, a Korean actor who appeared in the Korean drama "Marry My Husband," makes his first appearance in a Japanese drama as the heir of a Korean family.
