Viewers of the historical drama "UNBOUND" were shocked by Hitotsubashi Harumori's "It's not interesting" comment.

The NHK Taiga drama " UNBOUND (Berabou) " (General TV, Sunday 8:00 pm and others) starring actor Ryusei Yokohama . In the 27th episode "I wish I'd die in spring under the flowers" that aired on July 13th, viewers were abuzz with the behavior of Hitotsubashi Harumori (Ikuta Toma) who appeared in the opening scene, with some saying that he was "really scary."

" UNBOUND (Berabou)" is the 64th taiga drama, depicting the life of Tsutaya Juzaburo(or "Tsutajyu" for short), who is said to have built the foundations of Japan's media industry and pop culture. The script was written by Yoshiko Morishita, known for "Drama 10 'Ooku'" which was broadcast on NHK two years ago and became a big hit.

At the beginning of the 27th episode, Jisei is shown receiving a plea from Michihiro (Kazuki Enari) asking him to stop the confiscation of Ezo.

It seems that this is the first time that Harumori has learned about the Ezo policy that Okitsugu(played by Ken Watanabe) has been secretly pursuing. Harumori interrupts Shimazu Shigehide (played by Kotaro Tanaka) who reports that Okitsugu had previously come to the cherry blossom banquet to spy on Michihiro and the others with the words "That's not interesting," and expresses his dissatisfaction by saying, "I love cherry blossoms, but now I can't enjoy them wholeheartedly."

The person that Jisei has his eye on is Masayoshi Sano (Yuma Yamoto). Masayoshi is told all sorts of things about Tanuma by "the man who was Jouemon (Masahito Yano)," who is said to be one of Jisei's men, and as his animosity grows, he ends up attacking Ichi (Hio Miyazawa) with his sword at the end of the episode.

In response to Jisei's words and actions about 40 minutes before Seigen's murder, viewers commented, "I have a bad feeling about this starting with Toma," "It's really scary when Jisei says, 'This isn't funny, is it?'," "This is definitely a hell episode. He's noticed a lot of things, and then he says, 'This isn't funny, is it?'," and "Hitotsubashi Jisei's eyes are completely the same as those of Hitotsubashi Jisei in the gender-reversed series (from 'Ooku'), and it made me tremble..." and later on, comments such as, "It seems like anything that catches Jisei's eye will lead to disaster," and "It was the same with Gennai, but Hitotsubashi Jisei never does anything himself, so it's scary."
