It Koyoharu Gotouge-exclusive Movie Ticket convenience store tickets with special benefits for the new theatrical version of the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Yaiba the Movie: Infinity Castle Arc Chapter 1, based on the popular manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba : Kimetsu no Yaiba by Koyoharu Gotouge, will go on sale at 10am on May Getsuku. The special benefit is the right to purchase a limited edition sticker with a pillar design at the FamilyMart Print multi-copy machine in the store. The Movie Ticket costs 1,500 yen for adults and 800 yen for junior tickets. The limited edition sticker (2L size) costs 500 yen.
The speed lottery "Ichibankuji Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba(tentative title)" will be available at FamilyMart (excluding some stores) in July. Details will be announced in the future.
The story of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is about Tanjiro Kamado, whose family was killed by demons, joining the Demon Slaying Corps to turn his sister Nezuko, who has turned into a demon, back into a human. The original was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) from 2016 to 2020. The total number of copies of the comics published is over 150 million.
The TV anime "Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc" aired from April to September 2019, and the movie "Mugen Train" released in October 2020 was a huge hit, grossing approximately 40 billion yen, the highest ever box office revenue in Japan. The "Entertainment District Arc" aired from December 2021 to February 2022, the "Swordsmith Village Arc" from April to June 2023, and the "Hashira Training Arc" from May to June 2024. The first chapter of the new movie trilogy, "Infinity Castle Arc," will be released on July 18th.
"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Mugen Train" will be shown again from May Getsuku, and a new trailer for "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Kimetsu no Yaiba the Movie: Infinity Castle Arc" will be shown at the end of the film.
