The first trailer for the second season of the TV anime " Dandadan ," based on the popular manga by Yukinobu Tatsu , currently being serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," has been released on YouTube. It features a mysterious briefs man who says, "I finally got a body," and a mysterious monster with its mouth wide open, and is depicted attacking Momo, Okarun, Jiji, and Turbo Granny in a sinister manner.
"Dandadan" began serialization in "Shonen Jump +" in April 2021. It depicts Momo, a high school girl from a family of spiritualists, and her classmate Okarun, an occult fanatic, as they face one strange phenomenon after another. The comic has sold over 10 million copies in total.
The first season of the anime aired on the MBS/TBS late-night anime slot "Super Animeism TURBO" from October to December 2024. The second season will air in the same slot starting July 3rd.
