The new announcers who joined Yomiuri TV on April 1st were announced. The three new announcers are Maya Yoshizawa, Hina Masuda, and Shuga Fujioka.
Yoshizawa is originally from Kawasaki City. During her student days, she served as the representative "Fuku Musume" (Lucky Girl) at Imamiya Ebisu Shrine (Naniwa Ward, Osaka City). She passed the national nursing exam and obtained a nursing license. She is also proud of her physical strength, having won medals in marathons six years in a row when she was in elementary school, and is said to be eager to take on the challenge of the Osaka Marathon, which previous senior announcers at Yomiuri TV have attempted. She will be in charge of live reports on "Sumatan!" and "Kansai Information Net ten." and expressed her enthusiasm, saying, "I want to do my best to convey the appeal of things and people, and deliver information that will inspire viewers to take action."
Masuda is from Fukuoka City. His special skills are German and his ability to quickly become friends with children, thanks to his experience working part-time at an after-school daycare center when he was a student. He is also a big fan of "Detective Conan." His goal is to appear on a news program, and he aims to become an announcer that people will say, "I can trust what Masuda has to say."
Fujioka is from Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. During his student days, he belonged to a rakugo study group. His hobby is watching videos and listening to music by male idols such as "JO1", "INI" and "Ae! group". He said that his role model is JO1 member Kono Junki and that his goal is to become "an announcer who can be someone's daily energy".
After the new employee training, the three will hone their announcing skills through training at the announcement center, aiming to make their "first appearance" (the first announcement by a new announcer) around summer.

◇ Announcer Maya Yoshizawa
In college, I was a "middle" in the cheerleading club, a position that connected the team members. From now on, I will deliver information energetically and carefully so that I can be "the driving force for someone to do their best"! Thank you!
◇ Announcer Masuda Haruna
I am very happy to be able to join Yomiuri TV, which broadcasts Detective Conan, which I have loved since I was in the first grade of elementary school. I will do my best to show a dignified appearance at the first chirp, so please look forward to it!
◇ Announcer Soga Fujioka
I was born in a temple in Yamaguchi Prefecture that has been in existence since the mid-Edo period, and I was a member of the baseball club in elementary, middle, and high school, and the Rakugo Study Group in college. I love new challenges! I will do my best with 100% energy and the spirit of "Go to the TOP!" to be a daily energy source for everyone in the Kansai region, following what I love!
