It has been announced that the theatrical version of the popular anime "Love Live! Sunshine!!" - "Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie Over the Rainbow" - will be made into a 4DX version and screened for two weeks only from July 4th. This is the first time that the theatrical version released in January 2019 will be made into a 4DX version. The key visual and trailer have been released.
"Love Live! Sunshine!!" is set in the private Uranohoshi Girls' Academy in Uchiura, a seaside town in Numazu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and tells the story of Aqours' goal to become "a sparkling school idol." The first season of the TV anime aired from July to September 2016, and the second season from October to December 2017.
In the movie version, the second-year and first-year students are preparing to transfer to a new school, but unexpected troubles occur one after another. The third-year students who went on a graduation trip to Italy go missing, so the second-year and first-year students head to Italy to search for the third-year students.
