Shoma (Hidekazu Chinen) and Rakia (Kohei Shoji) participate in a basketball game as helpers. They perform their duties safely, but after the game they learn that one of the players is missing. When Shoma and his friends search the area around the venue, they find a suspicious man (Higo).
Jeep (Koga Ru) appears at the Stomack house accompanied by a gorgeously dressed young lady named Lizel (Kamata Erina). Rango (Tsukamoto Takashi) and the others are astonished when Jeep announces that he has married Lizel. Lizel respectfully greets the siblings, saying "It's nice to meet you..." Who is this Lizel?
"Kamen Rider Gavv" features a Kamen Rider with a candy motif. The story is about Shouma, a young man from another world, who uses the power of candy to fight against Granute, a monster who kidnaps humans and turns them into "dark sweets."
