It Shosetsuka ni Naro that a new school puzzle solving game, " The Apothecary Diaries ~School Diaries~", will be released in 20XX as part of an Natsu Hyuga Fool 'The Apothecary Diaries Diaries", based on the light novel by Hinata Natsu, which was born from the novel submission site "Let's Become a Novelist". Set at the private Lihua Academy, the adventure game sees Maomao, a transfer student aiming to become a pharmacist, solve various difficult cases that occur within the school together with the student council president, Jinshi. A promotional video featuring lines from characters such as Maomao and Jinshi has also been released on YouTube.
The game is set in a modern-day school and features Maomao as a transfer student aspiring to become a pharmacist, Jinshi as the student council president who reigns at the top of the school, Gyokuyo as the student council treasurer, Gao Shun as the physics teacher who supports the school behind the scenes, Koran as a carefree junior who loves to gossip, and Shisui as Maomao's classmate.
The light novel version of "The Apothecary Diaries" is published by Hero Bunko (Imagine Infos), and the comic adaptation is also gaining popularity. The total number of copies of the original series has exceeded 40 million. The story is set in the glamorous harem of a certain continent, where a young poison taster named Maomao and a handsome eunuch named Jinshi become embroiled in an incident that takes place in the harem, which is full of conspiracies and rumors.
