The eighth episode of the TV drama " Who saw the peacock dance in the jungle? " (TBS, Friday 10pm) starring Suzu Hirose was broadcast on March 14th. The identity of the mysterious man with a carabiner attached to his backpack was revealed, causing a buzz on social media.

When the prosecutor, Anan (Takiuchi Kumi), apologized, saying, "I'm sorry for calling you out of the blue," the man said, "That's unusual." Anan replied, "There was something I was wondering about," and the man laughed, "Hahahaha," and put his backpack with the carabiner attached on the desk, muttering, "You're really a coward, aren't you?"
Anan pointed out, "You have nothing to do with the fire at the former obstetrics and gynecology clinic, right? Dad." The person on the screen was former prosecutor and lawyer Narukawa (Mamiya Hiroyuki).
On social media, people expressed surprise, saying things like, "No way! I can't believe that lawyer was the carabiner man!", "It was him after all, the carabiner man", "So it was him after all, the carabiner man...I thought it might be him based on a process of elimination and the sound of his voice, but wow", and "What, Narukawa is the man with the blue carabiner, and he's Anan's father too?!"
As Narukawa is an accomplice of Komugi(Hirose) and her friends who are investigating the case, there were comments on social media such as, "Narukawa was very suspicious from the moment he first appeared," "So Narukawa wasn't just a guy who was helping out after all," and "The true identity of the man with the blue carabiner is shocking. Why is he helping Komugi Mugi and her friends?"
