It was revealed on March 7th that to commemorate singer and actor Koji Kikkawa's 40th anniversary tour, WOWOW will be broadcasting and streaming special programs over the course of several months, starting in May, including the final performance of the tour, films in which he has appeared, live shows, documentaries, and music video collections (MVs).
Yoshikawa made his debut in the entertainment industry in February 1984 with the release of the movie "Sukanpin Walk" in which he starred and its theme song "Monica". After that, he led the rock scene as a solo artist and also through his work with guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei in the rock unit "COMPLEX". He temporarily put his acting career on hold but resumed it in the 2000s. He held a 40th anniversary tour from October last year to February this year to celebrate his 40th debut anniversary.
