"This Week's New Releases" brings you information on new comics. There are about 60 major comic titles to be released between December 30th and January 4th, 2025. These include volume 18 of "Dandadan," which became a hot topic as an anime series aired from October to December and has also announced that its second season will begin airing in July 2025; volume 20 of "SAKAMOTO DAYS," which will begin airing as an anime series in January 2025; and volume 1 of "Captain Tsubasa Rising Sun FINALS" (digital version only), which began serialization in draft form in July this year.
On January 4, 2025, in addition to the 18th volume of "Dandadan," Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump +" will release popular works such as the 15th volume of "Magilumiere Co. Ltd.", the 5th volume of "Futsuu no Keionbu," the 11th volume of "Deep Tokyo," and the 22nd volume of "2.5-Dimensional Temptation." In addition to the 20th volume of "SAKAMOTO DAYS," the 20th volume of "Witch Watch," the 24th volume of "Undead Unluck," the 8th volume of "Killuao," and the 20th volume of "Me & Roboco," as well as works from "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) will also be released.
Other items on sale in stores include volume 1 of "Captain Tsubasa Rising Sun FINALS," volume 17 of "Dark Gathering" which has been adapted into a TV anime, volume 3 of "Dokujitsu Kenka," volume 10 of "Yakumo Tatsu Shaku," a new series of Natsumi Itsuki's psychic suspense novel "Yakumo Tatsu," and volume 87 of the fighting manga "Kinnikuman."
