It has been announced that the second orchestral concert of "Inuyasha," an anime based on Rumiko Takahashi's popular manga, and "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon," an anime featuring Sesshōmaru and Inuyasha's daughters, "Inuyasha x Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon ~To the Future~," will be held at Tokyo International Forum Hall A (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) on May 17, 2025. Following the first concert held in 2022, Wada Kaoru, who composed the music for both works, will serve as conductor, and the concert will be performed by the Pacific Philharmonia Tokyo. As a special feature of the concert, a reading play by the voice actors will also be presented. The reading play will be a new story written by Sumizawa Katsuyuki.
The voice actors who will appear are Yamaguchi Kappei as Inuyasha, Yukino Satsuki as Higurashi Kagome, Watanabe Kumiko as Shippo, Narita Ken as Sesshomaru, Matsumoto Sara as Higurashi Towa, Komatsu Mikako as Setsuna, and Tadokoro Azusa as Moroha. The band "Do As Infinity" will also appear as artists.
