Dwango announced the top 10 initial rankings for fall 2024 anime titles being streamed on the video streaming service Niconico. The TV anime series Dandadan, based on a manga by Tatsuyuki Shinobu currently being serialized in the manga magazine app Shonen Jump+ (Shueisha), took first place.
The rankings were compiled based on the number of views and hits for each title's videos and live broadcasts. In second place was Ao no Hako, a manga by Miura Koji currently being serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha). In third place was The Idolmaster Shiny Colors 2nd season, based on a popular smartphone game.
