Episode 23, "Master and Disciple," of the TV anime "Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku," based on the manga by Yuji Kaku serialized on Shueisha's manga app "Shonen Jump+," will air on March 15th at 11:45 PM on TV Tokyo and other networks.
Shiyuan and Nurugai were at odds with Zhu Jin. They had managed to corner Zhu Jin after hundreds of slashes, but neither of them could deliver a decisive blow. Determined to avenge Tenzo's death, Shiyuan continued to wield his sword, determined to fight alone.
"Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku" was serialized on "Shonen Jump+" from January 2018 to January 2021. Set in the late Edo period, it depicts the story of Gabimaru, the strongest ninja, who is captured after being betrayed by his comrades, as he fights monsters in search of an elixir of immortality in order to be released and reunite with his beloved wife. The anime is directed by Kaori Makita and produced by MAPPA. The second season of the TV anime is currently airing on TV Tokyo and other networks.
