The fifth episode of the TV anime "Orb: On the Movements of the Earth", based on the manga by Uoto, which was also selected as the Manga Grand Prize of the 26th Tezuka Osamu Cultural Prize, "Even if I die, this world will continue", will be broadcast on NHK General TV from 11:45 pm on October 26th.
Influenced by the words of the heretic, Glass abandons his mission and becomes hostile towards Novak. Oxy, who is caught up in the situation, is shocked by the heretic's desperate actions. Oxy and Glass, who barely escape with their lives, follow the words of the heretic and discover an old stone box deep in the mountains. Glass says that he knows someone who can know the value of the contents. Oxy wanted to return to his former life, but a certain situation forces him to make a decision whether he likes it or not.
The work was serialized in "Weekly Big Comic Spirits" (Shogakukan) from 2020 to 2022. Set in 15th century Europe, the story depicts people risking their lives to study the heretical theory of heliocentrism. The anime will be produced by Madhouse, the studio behind "Summer Wars."
