An acrylic stand called "ONE PIECE × NBA Acrylic Stand" (Bandai) is being released as a collaboration between the anime "ONE PIECE," based on the popular manga by Eiichiro Oda, and the American professional basketball league, the NBA.
There are 10 different designs in total, each featuring a character wearing the uniform of a different team. Luffy is wearing the Los Angeles Lakers uniform, Nami the Denver Nuggets uniform, Sabo the Memphis Grizzlies uniform, Trafalgar Law the Golden State Warriors uniform, Enel the Oklahoma City Thunder uniform, Zoro the Boston Celtics uniform, Sanji the Indiana Pacers uniform, Shanks the Chicago Bulls uniform, Ace the New York Knicks uniform, and Yamato the Milwaukee Bucks uniform. Each costs 2200 yen.
Pre-orders are being accepted at Bandai Namco Group's shopping site, "Premium Bandai." Shipping is scheduled for November.
