The "MG 1/100 Johnny Ridden's Gelgoog" Gunpla (Bandai Spirits), based on Johnny Ridden's Gelgoog from the "Mobile Suit Variation (MSV)" project of the popular anime "Gundam" series, will be re-released on Bandai Namco Group's shopping site "Premium Bandai" for 6,930 yen.
The MS-14B High Mobility Gelgoog, piloted by Johnny Ridden, also known as the "Crimson Lightning," is now available as a model kit in the "MG" series. The B-type backpack and rocket launcher are newly sculpted for this model. The booster pack on the back can be fitted with three types of weapons by connecting a dedicated joint: a rocket launcher on the left side and either a giant bazooka or a beam rifle on the right side. The thruster units are independently movable.
The newly designed rocket launcher features a flexibly movable grip, allowing it to be held with both hands. It also includes lens parts for the Giant Bazooka's scope and metallic plastic stickers. A beam naginata and shield are also included.
Pre-orders will be accepted at Premium Bandai from 11:00 AM on Getsuku. Shipping is scheduled for September.
