Shota Watanabe of the popular group "Snow Man" appeared at the production announcement press conference for the NTV drama series "The Reluctant Preacher" (Saturdays 9pm), which begins on April 12th.
On the topic of "Things I want to say but can't,"Alice Hirose, who plays the lead role in the drama, mentioned Watanabe's favorite phrase, "He often says sorry." She continued, "I'm getting tired of saying, 'You don't have to say sorry,' so I'm going to fine him 10 yen for each time I say sorry. I've saved up about 120 yen so I think I'll ask him to buy me something at the end."
Watanabe said, "I am aware of this," and continued, "Since I was a junior before my debut, I have been getting told off, so apologizing has become a habit for me. Watanabe said that the thing he himself cannot say is, "Can I go to the bathroom?" He said, "I would hate it if people had to wait for me. I'm fighting with my bladder to hold it in (laughs). I really do have to go to the bathroom often, so I hope this will make people realize that I am someone who has to go to the bathroom often."

The drama is a school entertainment with a "lecturing" theme, with an original script by Okura, who has worked on "Nursing Aide At Your Side" and "Yips".
