The TBS drama series "Jigoku no Hate Made Tsureteiku" (Tuesdays at 11:56 p.m., except in some regions), starring talent Sasaki Nozomi, will begin on January 14th. The drama is a thrilling tale of revenge, swirling with love and hate between two women. This will be Sasaki's first lead role in a TBS drama, and she will play the protagonist Tachibana Sachiko, who has plastic surgery in order to get revenge on the woman who killed her family.
Nagisa Shibuya will play Hanai Reina, the "monster woman" who becomes Sachiko's enemy.
Also appearing in the cast will be Inoue Yuki as Reina's husband, Hanai Makoto, Mukai Yuka as Reina's fellow influencer Jurria, Yanagi Yurina as Reina's fellow influencer Tomomi, Fukao Amu as Reina's fellow influencer and accessory designer Kaede, Miwa Haruka as Reina's fellow influencer Yuko, Yoshizawa Shizuya from the popular group Travis Japan as Reina's manager Iida Yuki, and Itao Itsuji as Reina's father Kurokawa Minoru.
In the first episode, babysitter Sachiko visits the home of Reina, a pianist and influencer. She meets with Reina, who is looking for a babysitter for her newborn daughter Kokoro (Shibata Haruno), and as the conversation gets lively, Sachiko feels confident, but Reina tries to turn down Sachiko, who does not have enough experience. Reina feels uneasy about Sachiko's desperate persistence, but then Sachiko notices the rash around Kokoro's mouth...
Sachiko greets Reina saying "Nice to meet you," but in fact her true identity is Bando Yukiko (Watari Mai), who attended the same high school as Reina 14 years ago. At the time, her father was suspected of murder and she was mocked as the "murderer's daughter," but Reina, a junior at her school, was Yukiko's only ally, believing in her father's innocence. One day, Reina calls Yukiko, who trusted Reina wholeheartedly, to the music room. There, she finds Reina covered in blood and holding scissors...
