It has been revealed that Endo Masaaki will be singing the opening theme " Kinnikuman Hero" for Season 2 of the new TV anime series " Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc " based on the popular fighting manga Kinnikuman . The song is said to express the worldview of Kinnikuman and the heat of the power of friendship. It has also been revealed that Kinnikuman , played by Mamoru Miyano , will be in charge of the ending theme following Season 1. The song is titled "29 (Niku)" and is said to be a comical and light-hearted piece.
Endo commented, " Kinnikuman began serialization when I was in elementary school. I have fond memories of looking forward to watching it every week...I'm more than happy to be able to sing together with everyone who is looking forward to the broadcast of Season 2 of this historic Kinnikuman! Miyano commented, "I am very honored to be able to sing the ending theme for Season 2. Following "Choujin," I've been working with APAZZI on this production. Last time, we had many meetings on site, searching for the answer to how to express "Choujin." Based on that, for "29 (Niku)," we thoroughly confirmed the direction beforehand, and then expanded on the appeal during recording, which was a pretty extravagant production method! "The Perfect Origin Arc" is a popular sequel to "The Battle for the Throne on Planet Kinnikuman," and depicts the invasion of a new threat, the Perfect and Infinite Armies, and a three-way battle with the Justice Chojins and the Devil Chojins. The anime will be directed by Akira Sato and produced by Production IG. Mamoru Miyano will play Kinnikuman, with Sumire Uesaka as Meat-kun and Daisuke Ono as Terryman appearing. Season 1 aired from July to September. Season 2 will air from January 12, 2025 on CBC TV/TBS's anime slot "Agaru Anime" and elsewhere.
